You don't need to; you may also use standard WhatsApp. However, WhatsApp Business imparts a professional impression on the user.
You can use to send messages in the form of text, buttons, links, documents, and images.
There is no limit. Use as necessary. However, use it with caution. Inappropriate use may result in WhatsApp account blocking.
We recommend: For Unknown Contacts: Start initially with 50 messages per day and after few days increase no. of messages gradually like, 100/day >> 150/day >> 200/day and so on..... Don't send more than 1000 messages per day from 1 whatsapp account. For Known Contacts: Send messages upto 5000 contacts per day. Note:- Our Software have no limitations on number of messages and number of accounts you use, we recommend this for safety reasons.
Do not use it for activities that break the rules, such as spamming. We cannot be held liable for blocked accounts. Avoid personal WhatsApp accounts and use them sparingly.
The official WhatsApp API is not yet available to the public.
The way it works is by taking over the WhatsApp Web function, so you can't log in to WhatsApp Web at the same time. If you want to use your own WhatsApp Web, you can log out with your licence number.
There is still a risk of being blocked if the recipient of the message accidentally clicks "Report" or "Spam" in the message, especially if the recipient has not saved your number. The risk is also increased if the application of broadcast violates WA regulations. It is preferable not to use your personal WhatsApp number for mass broadcasts and instead use a new number.
